Oberstdorf boasts excellent infrastructure, making it easy to reach us by bus. Bus line 1 takes you directly to the Hotel Oberstdorf parking lot.

With the "Bus Included" offer, you can travel free of charge on all local buses within Oberstdorf. For this, you will need the Allgäu Walser Card, which you will receive from your host upon arrival. Further information can be found in the FAQ section under "Bus".

The nearest bank (Sparkasse, Raiffeisenbank, Volksbank) can be found near the train station in Oberstdorf.

You can conveniently store your bike in our secure bicycle depot and charge your e-bike batteries.

Additional blankets and pillows can be ordered at reception.

We also have a selection of different pillows (second pillow, neck pillow, neck roll).

Our breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 to 11:00 am. We will spoil you with regional products and delicious dishes.

Your room is available until 11 a.m. on your departure day. You are welcome to continue using all other areas of the house.

Hotel Oberstdorf is offering a fantastic Easter program for the whole family this year. From wellness recommendations to excursion tips, there's something for everyone.

At Hotel Oberstdorf, four public charging stations from ChargeOne by CUBOS are available. To ensure you can charge your car, we recommend booking a garage parking space when you reserve your room. Additional charging and blocking fees (€0.45/kWh and €0.10 per minute, starting from 12 hours) are payable to the provider. To allow as many guests as possible access to the charging stations, please move your car after it is fully charged.

We will gladly wake you up by phone at your desired time. Please check in at reception.

With the Allgäu Walsercard, you receive various discounts at leisure facilities in the area. Please have it ready when paying. You can also park for free or at a reduced rate in certain parking lots. We will be happy to provide you with more information at reception.

We have compiled various hiking tips for you. These are available at reception, where we will also be happy to advise you personally and individually. A comprehensive and detailed hiking map of Oberstdorf and the surrounding area is available for €9.90. For your own safety, please observe the color-coded signage:

• Yellow: Easy walking and hiking trails, mostly in the valley, no special equipment required, also suitable for children

• Red: Mountain hiking trail, predominantly unpaved paths, sometimes steep, sturdy footwear and alpine equipment required

• Blue: Trail with alpine hazards, very steep, sometimes exposed sections or climbing passages, additional requirements: experience, sure-footedness, and a head for heights

We have hygiene items such as toothbrushes or razors, as well as combs and sewing kits, available for you at reception.

On our information board opposite the reception you will find the weekly guest program, the bus schedule as well as current events and happenings in Oberstdorf.

We will gladly iron your laundry for you (return time depends on the amount of work required, at least 1 hour)

Laptops/iPads are available for rent at our reception.

We will gladly bring an iron and ironing board to your room upon request. A sewing kit is available at reception. We are happy to take your laundry to the cleaners (dry cleaning and chemical cleaning) if needed. Please drop it off before 9:00 a.m. and return it by arrangement. Please ask us!

In the fireplace bar you will find a small library with various reading materials.

The minibar, including the price list, can be found next to or under the desk. We will gladly restock your minibar upon request or fill it with your preferred beverages.

Parking is available directly in front of the building or in our underground garage. A parking space in the underground garage costs €15 per day. A parking space directly in front of the building costs €5 per day.

You can pay your bill in cash, by card, or with Apple and Google Pay.

You will find them directly opposite the train station in Oberstdorf.

We charge €0.20 per unit.

Please inform reception if you need to see a doctor – we will be happy to help you choose the right one. In emergencies, please dial 112.

You can obtain stamps at reception.

Hotel postcards are available at reception.

We are happy to print any documents you send us by email. You can also print privately and securely yourself at reception.

Our room service is available from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

We have a central safe at reception for storing your valuables.

Did a button fall off? We're happy to help. For extensive sewing work, we'll gladly take your garment to the tailor/dry cleaner. (Price depends on the work involved.)

You can conveniently store your skis in our secure ski depot. Boot dryers are also available.

Rent your ski equipment or book a ski course conveniently directly in the house.

Is your mattress too soft or too firm? We'd be happy to replace it. Do you need a different pillow? We'll gladly provide you with the perfect pillow for your sleeping comfort!

We have international television channels available – please ask us.

In case of bad weather, you can obtain umbrellas at reception.

We will gladly park your car or drive it to the hotel entrance for you.
