Are accessible rooms available?

We have wheelchair-accessible rooms. However, they are not fully barrier-free. Please feel free to contact us by phone if needed. You can reach us daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. at +49 (0) 8322 / 940 770.

Are bathrobes available?

You will find a bag with bathrobes and slippers in your room. If the size is not right, please let the reception know. Bathrobes are also available for children aged 4 and up.

Sauna towels are available in the Alpine Wellness World.

Are children allowed in the room?

Children are very welcome at Hotel Oberstdorf. Up to two children under 17 stay free in our Family Cozy Rooms. These 25 m² rooms feature two comfortable bed drawers next to the parents' bed.

We also offer connecting rooms. We'd be happy to help you find the perfect room option. Just give us a call. We're available daily from 6 am to 10 pm at +49 (0) 8322 940 770.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at Hotel Oberstdorf.

If you would like to travel with your pet, we recommend our hotel's own "Alpe Oberstdorf": https://www.alpe-oberstdorf.de/ or our partner hotel "Hotel Mohren": https://www.hotel-mohren.de/ in the center of Oberstdorf.

Are the rooms at the Hotel Oberstdorf air-conditioned?

Air conditioning is not necessary in the Allgäu region. A portable fan can be provided if needed. All rooms have heating.

Are the rooms cleaned daily?

The housekeeping staff at Hotel Oberstdorf clean your room daily. Of course, you can opt out of daily cleaning to help protect the environment.

Are the rooms equipped with blackout curtains?

All rooms have curtains that provide some darkness. In the Allgäu Style Superior, Allgäu Feeling, and Allgäu Chalet categories, special blackout curtains are provided.

Can I cancel my room at the Hotel Oberstdorf free of charge?

For cancellations, 80% of the room rate will be charged, unless the room is re-let.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance and our comprehensive protection package (for hotel costs only).

Is there a kettle/coffee machine?

All rooms are equipped with a kettle, a selection of teas, and cups. Rooms in the Allgäu Chalet category also include a coffee machine. This service is provided free of charge.

Is there a minibar?

Every room at Hotel Oberstdorf is equipped with a minibar, which we will gladly fill according to your individual wishes for a fee.

Is there an ironing option?

We will gladly provide you with an ironing board and iron upon request. Alternatively, for a fee, we can personally take care of your wrinkle-free clothing.

Is there free Wi-Fi in the rooms?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. You can obtain the access details at reception.

Is there room service?

Of course, Hotel Oberstdorf offers room service. A small menu is available upon request. A fee of €6 will be charged per order.

What meals are included in the room price?

At Hotel Oberstdorf, enjoy a sumptuous breakfast buffet with over 155 items, served from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. An early bird breakfast is also available upon request, starting at 6:30 a.m.

For an additional €48 per person, we would be happy to book our gourmet half-board option for you. In addition to the afternoon farmer's buffet, we also serve a variety of gourmet buffets in the evening.

There are double and single rooms as well as one- and two-room chalets. At Hotel Oberstdorf, you can choose from 5 room categories that vary in size and design: Allgäu Style, Allgäu Style Superior, Allgäu Feeling, Allgäu Design, and Allgäu Chalet.

Where can I park?

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. We charge €5 per night for this. Our parking garage is located behind the house. We would be happy to reserve a space for you there for €15 per night.
