"Stirred cocktail"—what a strange word! Inspired by our own herb garden, we've created something truly unique. A slightly different kind of cocktail. Of course, we also offer the familiar classics, as well as a wide selection of whiskies and gins.



The term "Rührtail" (stirred cocktail) is a word coined by our culinary manager, Steffen, and his team. It combines the word "rühren" (to stir) – meaning to stir the glass with a bar spoon ;-) – and the last part of the word "Cocktail."
Inspired by our own herb garden, we've stirred, experimented, tested, and continue to do so. Following Oscar Wilde's saying, "Good taste is simple: just take the best of everything," we've created something truly unique that is incredibly delicious and brings the power of nature directly to your glass.
