With a hop to the drinks menu
Nothing beats fresh herbs in food and drinks. It doesn't get much fresher than at Hotel Oberstdorf – we harvest them daily from our own herb garden. And those who are creative can even have their own herb featured on the drinks menu.
Every drink has a godfather.
In summer, you'll be greeted and surrounded by the fragrant aromas of lavender, sage, chives, marjoram, tarragon, lovage, rosemary, thyme, cola herb, and many other enticing herbs on the terrace. These herbs are not only used fresh in the kitchen, but the bar team also incorporates them in special ways.
For each member of staff, creating their own signature cocktail is a unique challenge. The best recipes, of course, make it onto our drinks menu, and each team member is proudly the creator of their own recipe.

Dann machen Sie es sich heute Abend bei einem "Maiglöckchen" bequem. Keine Angst, unsere Maiglöckchen bergen keine Gefahren - obwohl, ein gewisses Suchpotential ist schon vorhanden. ;-)
Mein Rezept:
5cl Aperol, 15cl Ginger Ale, ½ Limette (nochmal halbiert), 2cl Limettensirup, ein Schuss Mineralwasser und frischer Salbei
Füllen Sie alle Zutaten in ein schönes Glas - denn das Auge trinkt ja mit. Und denken Sie dran: Hier wird gerührt - nicht geschüttelt.
Wer lieber auf Alkohol verzichtet, verwendet Bitter Lemon anstatt Aperol. Und wer es weniger süß mag, erhöht den Anteil an Mineralwasser.
