Welcome to the deepest gorge in Central Europe! A visit to the Breitachklamm is worthwhile any time of year – even in the rain. The more water flows, the more impressive the Breitachklamm becomes! And in winter, it transforms into a mystical ice world with ice curtains and frozen waterfalls. The circular hiking trail (approx. 1.5 hours) is particularly rewarding in summer. From the top, you have a fantastic view of the rushing stream and the towering rock faces.

You can reach the cave via a small, well-maintained hiking trail from the parking lot at "Hirschsprung" on the road between Obermaiselstein and Tiefenbach. The Sturmannshöhle holds 120 million years of history. Here you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of prehistoric times. Please note that warm clothing is always recommended when visiting the Sturmannshöhle, as the constant temperature of 4°C can make it quite chilly, even in summer.

The Nebelhorn North Face Trail is a must-do on any holiday. The ascent is made via the Nebelhorn cable car. Take your time and enjoy the impressive 400-peak panorama stretching far across the Allgäu Alps. Thanks to this impressive steel structure, anchored to the Nebelhorn's north face, you can safely and comfortably circumnavigate the summit area.

If you're vacationing in Oberstdorf, then the Ski Jumping World Championship Arena – venue for the Four Hills Tournament – is an absolute must-see.
