Apprentice Welcome 2017
Today marks the start of a new academic year – and thus a new chapter in the lives of many students in the Allgäu region. Hotel Oberstdorf is also delighted to welcome five new trainees to its team.

Some more excited than others, but all with an eager sparkle in their eyes, our five new recruits entered their new workplace, where they will hopefully find a second home. Over a relaxed get-together and delicious treats from the kitchen, we had plenty of time to get to know each other better. Our chefs treated us to three tasty main courses after a mango shot with basil as an aperitif and glazed goat cheese with mint as a starter:
- Boiled beef with quinoa and tomatoes
- Allgäu potato goulash "Oriental"
- White sausage salad with sweet mustard
With our stomachs already full, we then indulged in the delicious panna cotta with hay and chamomile for dessert. But as everyone knows: there's always room for a sweet treat afterward ;) Afterwards, we enjoyed a comprehensive tour of their new domain. And just like that, a wonderful first day came to an end.

Beim Einchecken werden Sie Jessica oder Anne-Christin an der Rezeption willkommen heißen. Genießen Sie bei einem Abendessen im Mohren Restaurant Allgäuer Schmankerl von Mirwais zubereitet, probieren Sie die köstlichen Weinempfelungen von Florian oder lassen Sie sich von Lisa in unserer Alpen Wellnesswelt verwöhnen. Auch unsere Azubis werden, wie unser gesamtes Team, Ihren Urlaub bei uns in Oberstdorf zu Ihrem persönlichen Traumurlaub werden lassen.
