You work in the service sector and assist in the organization of events, conferences, and celebrations. You plan professionally and organize the proceedings. You have a good eye for detail and excellent manners and courtesy.
Your contribution to the feel-good:

- Decoration of rooms, tables and festivities
- Organization of events and conferences
- Service, food and beverage knowledge
- Application and billing of the cash register system

- You are at least 17 years old and have a secondary school leaving certificate.
- You radiate warmth and are a multi-tasking talent.
- You have a well-groomed appearance.
- You have good manners and speak fluent German.
- You have an open and charmingly friendly demeanor.

- Additional benefits: If your day is longer than usual, each hour of overtime worked will be compensated with €12.00 gross; you will also receive Sunday, holiday, and night shift bonuses.
- Christmas bonus: 50% of the basic salary
- Rewards: Good grades are rewarded in a If your annual report card shows an average grade of 2.0 or better, you will receive a €250.00 bonus in both your first and second year of apprenticeship.
- School: The company covers the cost of books, materials, and photocopying.
- Mentor: an experienced trainee will be by your side for the first 6 months.
- Training and further education: Through our internal academy, we support you with professional and personal development throughout your apprenticeship.
- Team event: Once a year, action and fun with the entire team, as well as a celebratory send-off for all trainees with your family.
