As a chef, you will delight your guests' palates. You are knowledgeable about a wide variety of foods and enjoy the daily creative work with fresh, regional ingredients. You possess excellent culinary skills and a good feel for applying kitchen techniques.
Training content:
- Planning menu suggestions and cost calculation
- Production and preparation of a wide variety of appetizers, main courses and desserts
- Learning about, processing, and storing food
- Consideration of nutritional, economic and ecological aspects
- Learning and adhering to all hygiene regulations
- Decorative arrangement and presentation of the dishes
- Learning the different cutting techniques and procedures at the various stations.

Chefs begin their careers as commis chefs and can advance to executive chef or food and beverage manager. A chef's career opportunities are diverse. Their training provides them with ideal qualifications for independently managing a hospitality business.
- Additional benefits: If your day is longer than expected, each hour of overtime worked will be compensated with €12 gross, and you will also receive Sunday/holiday/night shift bonuses.
