The closest banks (Sparkasse, Raiffeisenbank, Volksbank – fees may apply for cash withdrawals) are located near the rail station in Oberstdorf.

You can store your bike in our locked bicycle depot. There you can also charge your e-bike batteries.

Informational material is available at the reception desk for the most diverse activities.

Our reception desk will provide you with discounted bus tickets for the trip from the Hotel to Oberstdorf and back. Furthermore, we will be happy to book a public transportation (ÖPNV) ticket for the entire region to your guest card. A bus schedule for your personal use is located on our info wall at the reception desk (you may also take one with you).

We have different cell phone and smartphone cables available for use at the reception desk.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you would like to fully enjoy your last day in our beautiful region, we will be happy to store your luggage for you. You can also use our spa and wellness area on your day of departure.

Please let us know if you need to see a doctor – we will help you find the most suitable one. In case of emergency, please call 112 (also from your cell phone).

We will be happy to provide tips and information for excursions and hikes in the area.

We have compiled hiking tips for you. These are available at the reception desk. Of course, we will also advise you personally. A comprehensive and detailed hiking map of Oberstdorf and surroundings is available for € 7.00.

Our info wall across from the reception desk has the weekly updated event programme, the foods served during that evening’s indulgence buffet, the bus schedule for bus line 1 as well as the current events and happenings in Oberstdorf.

You can use the internet in your room free of charge. Free WiFi is also available throughout the hotel.

Our Hotel will take care of your laundry and iron it for you.(Depending on the effort, return of clothes takes at least 1 hour)

We will be happy to iron and/or wash your clothes for you. A wash bag as well as the applicable price list is located in your closet or in the desk drawer. If you bring your laundry to the reception desk by 9 a.m., it will be returned to you by 6 p.m. that day. Ironing or sewing will be completed within one hour after drop-off at the reception desk.
If you wish, we can also bring an ironing board and iron to your room.

A Kneipp basin is located to the left of our natural lake. Our own spring located underneath the hotel keeps the water in the basin at a constant temperature of 7 °C – perfectly cool when you return from your hike tour.

In our cosy fireplace bar you will find the hotel's very own library. The library holds a wide variety of reading materials – magazines, novels and books, including books about the history of Oberstdorf.

In the morning at our breakfast buffet, you can pack your own personal snack for the day for € 9.50. Our service staff will provide you with water or apple juice.

The minibar including price list can be found next to or under the desk. We will be happy to refill your minibar upon request or fill it with the drinks you want.

Around the hotel, you’ll find wild herbs and berries that we once planted and that have been marked with their corresponding species name. Both our kitchen staff as well as our bar team use the herbs and berries in creating exciting and delicious foods and beverages.

You can access the natural swimming lake via the spa and wellness area. With a total area of 360 m2 and a depth of two-and-a-half metres, swimming here is a blast. Simply take a sauna towel and enjoy the atmosphere when you lie in the grass.

Parking is available directly in front of the house or in our parking garage. We charge €15 per day for a parking space in the garage / and €5 per day for a parking slot in front of the house.

The closest pharmacy is located in Oberstdorf, directly opposite the rail station.

The reception desk has a variety of postcards featuring self-made designs of the hotel.

Anyone can do cocktails  That's why our bar staff along with manager Steffen Peres have created delicious Rührtails (stirred cocktails) with fresh herbs. Surprise yourself – and enjoy, either with alcohol or without.

We will be happy to support you. For extensive sewing work, we can bring your clothes to a tailor. (Price depending on effort)

Extra sheets and pillows are available upon request – please inquire at the reception desk. We also have a selection of different pillows – we would be happy to meet your request.

You can store your skis in our locked ski depot. Shoe dryers are also available there.

Is your mattress too soft or too hard? We are happy to exchange it for you. Do you need a different pillow? We are happy to provide you with a perfect pillow for your sleeping comfort!

The reception desk will provide you with stamps – we will be more than happy to mail your postcards and letters, too.

We charge € 0.20 per minute.

Toiletries such as toothbrushes or disposable razors as well as combs and a sewing set are available at the reception desk.

Should it rain, umbrellas are available at the reception desk.
